Step 1: Lift the leaver to release the previous pod

Step 2: Press the latte button to rinse machine

Step 3: Lift leaver and insert pod. Close leaver

Step 4: Choose the small cup or big cup button. I always choose the big cup :)

This picture shows how much coffee fills a cup by pressing the big cup button once.

Step 5: I press the big cup button again, so I can have more coffee to drink. I passed this tip onto a few friends of mine who have Aldi coffee machines. Another option is to insert a 2nd pod.

Tip: You can press the big cup button at any time to stop it.

Step 6: I add approximately 1cm of cold skim milk to my coffee

Step 7: I choose to lift the leaver immediately after I've made my coffee or you can lift the leaver the next time you use the machine again. The pod is released into a container, you can see a little purple where the pod is.

This is the water container, located at the back of the machine. You lift it straight up, remove the lid and fill it up with water. You can use filtered water. Only requirement is that the water is not warm or hot.

You can tell which way the water container goes back in by the plastic bumps. One on either side, just below the lid. You put the container in bump side closest to the machine.
